What no Car? Yes it really works

Explore North Norfolk without the car and help us keep the beauty of the area for us and all generations that follow. North Norfolk is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) let us all try and keep it that way for as long as possible
Do without the car I hear people say, how would we get from A to B. Well here in our area it is with a bit of forward planning, common sense, and use of the brochures and Tourist Information Centers. Very good public transport, and facilities for walking, cycling and riding, with plenty of safe areas, Quiet Lanes ,Coastal Paths, Pedders Way, Weavers way and many more.

YES IT REALLY DOE'S WORK

an experimental scheme to give priority to walker's, cyclists and horses. On a number of roads in our area

This is a taste of the ways to get about without a car.

We had a young disabled couple visit us last year from London, they both had badly impaired sight, they intended staying with us for two days and ended up staying a  whole week as they found it so easy to visit places all over our area by bus and train. What a great advert to show it works.
